Instruction of Sending an Abstract and Submission Deadline

①Abstracts should be prepared in accordance with the attached Abstract submission guidelines and format, and submitted to the address below by August 25, 2025.
②All authors named on your abstract have to be full members of KASP, TSSP or JSSP.
③Please refer to the abstract template for other details.

【Oral Presentation】
●Presentation time: 15 min (Presentation 10 min＋Q&A 5 min)
●The presenter for oral presentation should prepare for the Power Point in advance.
　Please check your file with the staff during the break before your assigned time.

【Poster Presentation】
●Poster Presentation 60 min free discussion
●Poster format: A0 size, length 120cm width 90cm
●Set up and removal time of the poster will be posted on when the session schedules has been made.
